Kibale Forest National Park

Kibale National Park is located in western Uganda near Fort Portal town and covers around 795 square kilometres of tropical forest. It is known as the primate capital of East Africa and is one of the best places for chimpanzee tracking in Uganda National Parks. The park plays an important role in protecting primates and forest ecosystems.
