Uganda is set to hold her 4^th tourism expo this week, starting on 24^th to 28^th February 2018.The Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo is an annual event in Uganda which connects travelers, travel and tour operators, hoteliers and other service providers. The event this year is going to be held at Sheraton Hotel Gardens-Jubilee Park,under the theme ‘RE-DISCOVERING THE PEARL’.

The event,organised by Uganda Tourism board, is estimated to attract over 50,000 visitors and will have activities like; Farm Trips, Cluster Tent themed ‘Tastes of Uganda’, Schools corner, children’s play area, UWEC Mini zoo and an adventure corner that will have horse riding and quad biking among other activities.

The event is supported by the tourism ministry, Kampala Capital City Authority, Uganda Wildlife Authority and the Uganda Education Wildlife Centre.
